Breakthru Experience Listing form

Listings are due by January 7, 2026 and subject to approval.

Approved Experiences will appear in the Breakthru platform, where attendees can indicate interest. You will prioritize your audience, invite colleagues, and track attendance and feedback all in one place.

Sponsors manage all logistics and costs for their Experience.

Attendee contact info will be shared after the event.

While we aim to fill your minimum, attendance is determined by attendee interest and availability.

The Activity Admin must be a registered attendee and will have access to prioritize attendees, manually invite colleagues, and scan attendees in.
