FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

August 13, 2025 – Any registrations received after this date are ineligible to participate in Breakthru, If a pass is transferred after this date, the attendee it is transferred to will not be able to participate in Breakthru.

Additional passes can be purchased on the “Get Ticket Page” of the Future Proof website. Please note that passes are subject to standard price breaks. We do not sell single-day passes. The pass will give you access to all four days of the event.

Please use the link to our Room Block to see available hotels and to book your stay. There are four beachfront properties and additional hotels in surrounding areas. Shuttles will be running to and from the hotel and the event space. *It is important to review the hotel cancelation policy before reserving your hotel, please remind your team to do the same. Click here to book your stay!

Yes, you can navigate to the Room Block Webpage and select “Manage Existing Reservation”  or contact the hotel directly. You will not be able to modify the reservations after August 14, 2025  

Shipping directly to the Hyatt Huntington Beach is NOT available for Future Proof Festival 2025. We highly recommend shipping in advance to the warehouse. You can arrange delivery to your hotel room and carry boxes to the event, drive them to the site, or under special circumstances hire a courier to deliver directly to the showsite.

Your tent topper will have your all-white “knockout” logo printed on top. Your company name will be printed on the front of the tent topper in white font. If you have a 10×10 or 10×20 exhibit, the color of your tent topper is pre-determined by Future Proof to provide a cohesive feel, we are not accepting tent color requests.

You can fully customize the inner panels of your walls! Please review the exhibit specifications page for more details.

The color of your tent topper is pre-determined by Future Proof To provide a cohesive feel. We do not inform any partners of their tent color before going to production as they are randomly assigned.

If you have a 10×10 or 10×20 exhibit, you are required to use the Future Proof provided tent toppers. You may have custom elements within this space.

If you have a 20×20 exhibit or larger you can forgo the included tents for a custom build. We highly recommend working with Russell Harris Event Group to produce your custom build!

Based upon your agreement with Future Proof, your booth will either be a 10×10, 10×20, or 20×20 footprint. Ensure that the interior height of items placed in your booth does not exceed 6.5 feet. You must stay within your contracted footprint with all of your booth elements.

We will have complimentary WiFi available for all Future Proof attendees. If you are streaming a demo or require a secure connection we highly recommend ordering dedicated Internet for your space. Please remember that if you are ordering dedicated Internet you will also need to order power.

Yes, but only if this has been sourced through Liquid Catering, our exclusive alcohol supplier. Alcohol from alternative suppliers is strictly prohibited and violates our liquor license. You will be fined and your alcohol confiscated.

You do not need to complete an EAC form if you are using a Future Proof Preferred Vendor. If you are using a vendor outside of this list and they require access to the show floor, you will need to complete an EAC form. Please note that all EACs are subject to approval by Future Proof.

If you are using an EAC that is NOT on the FUTUREPROOF preferred vendors list, they will need to have a badge if they are accessing the event space during show hours. Once your EAC Application is approved, you will receive a link to purchase vendor badges. 

You will be able to collect your badge in the Vista Ballroom at the Hyatt Huntington Beach, located across from the event space. Registration hours coming soon.

There is self-parking in the parking lot across the street from the Hyatt, Hilton, Pasea, and Kimpton. Alternatively, the hotels have valet parking.
