Introducing the Future Proof Growth Retreat on Oct. 27-30, 2025 in Nassau, Bahamas – a new addition to our event portfolio, designed for growth-minded CEOs, senior executives, ambitious advisors, and decision-makers who are focused on one thing: building what’s next.
This October, we’ll gather at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas, for a retreat built to fuel the future of growth in wealth management.
Why This Retreat — Why Now
We launched our first retreat in 2024 with a simple intention: create a space for peer-level conversations, far from the noise of traditional conferences. The audience was intentionally limited to decision-makers – wealth management CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CMOs, and fast-growing financial advisors.
What we quickly learned was that the most valuable moments didn’t come from the stage, but instead they came from the candid conversations around shared challenges, unfiltered advice, and the new relationships formed around the question of what’s next?
Coming out of that event, we asked ourselves: What else is this audience looking for? What conversations are they hungry to have? And how do we create a model that evolves with them, year after year?
The answer wasn’t to just do more of the same. It was to go deeper.
That led us to build two new retreats, each centered around a specific theme that cuts across roles and firm types. The first, Future Proof Leaders Retreat, is focused on leadership strategy and organizational alignment. The second, now launching, is Future Proof Growth Retreat, a space dedicated entirely to the pursuit of growth.
But we’re not here to define what “growth” should mean. Instead, this retreat is designed to help each attendee sharpen their own perspective on what growth looks like for them, for their firm, and for the clients they serve.
