Over four days in Miami Beach, nearly 4,000 of you came together. Financial advisors, wealth management executives, fintech leaders, asset managers, and builders. You showed up with curiosity, openness, and a clear sense that something meaningful is changing in our industry.
There was a willingness to engage with what AI actually means for how wealth and investment management operate, not someday, but right now.
A few moments that stood out:
- 3 main stages featuring 130+ speakers across 70 sessions that brought forward new ideas and real-world applications
- 1 AI Playground where hands-on learning, live demos, and show-and-tell sessions showed how AI is being used today
- 129,623 meeting requests were sent, resulting in 34,214 one-to-one Breakthru Meetings that drove real connections and tangible business opportunities
- 101 shared group experiences, including 17 networking dinners, 8 receptions, 2 workshops, 74 activations, morning workouts, and more
- 300+ sponsors who helped make this experience possible and showed up ready to engage, connect, and contribute
The result was a world-class NPS of +72.
But the numbers only tell part of the story. The wealth management industry is being reshaped, and a new AI-native community is forming at Future Proof Citywide. It is clear that momentum is building.

Now we look ahead to Future Proof Festival this September 14-17 in Huntington Beach, CA. With over 5,000 attendees, it is the largest annual gathering of RIA decision-makers. As we head into year five, we’re not slowing down. Just like the industry around us, the event continues to evolve.
This year you can expect more hands-on learning, new event formats designed for active participation, dedicated Tech & AI Hubs, an expanded footprint to enhance event flow, and new experiences that allow for more organic networking.
