Breakthru Meetings Program
Our Breakthru Meetings Program was a huge hit last year, with nearly 17,000 pre-scheduled meetings and a 98% satisfaction rate. In 2024, we’re taking it up a notch. We’ll be facilitating over 30,000 one-to-one meetings between 4,000+ attendees. We’re also making investments into the meetings area by expanding the footprint and turfing the area to help with the sound quality during meeting times. These 15-minute sessions are a fantastic way to make meaningful connections, form valuable partnerships, and meet your business objectives.
How it works:
- Register & complete a short profile before the pre-event deadline.
- Mark your availability.
- Request meetings, then opt-in to requests from others.
- Our algorithm schedules your meetings based on mutual interest and availability.
It’s all automated and super easy. Just accept your scheduled meetings and show up. Simple as that!
Breakthru Talks Program
Introducing Breakthru Talks! These are daily, onsite, interactive roundtables where 5-8 peers dive into key industry topics. Each 40-minute discussion is designed to generate actionable takeaways that can drive your business forward. Breakthru Talks are exclusive to Hosted and Non-Hosted Financial Advisory Firm & LP ticket holders and will take place on Monday and Tuesday morning during breakfast.
Here’s what you do:
- Register & fill out a brief profile before the pre-event deadline.
- Select the topics you’re interested in.
- Indicate your availability.
Our technology will schedule you into curated peer groups. All you have to do is confirm and join the conversation. Breakthru Talks are the perfect blend of networking and content engagement.
Breakthru Experiences Program
Breakthru Experiences are all about growth, learning, networking, business enhancement, and fun. These events, activities, and content run alongside the main Future Proof event, offering unique opportunities to learn new things and deepen your business relationships.
What’s being offered:
- Advisor Networking Dinner Series: 20+ high-end social dinners in over 10 Huntington Beach restaurants, all happening simultaneously. The series will take place on Monday, from 7-9pm PT.
- Group Activities: Daily outdoor and indoor activities like yoga, HIIT classes, workshops, networking receptions, and immersive booth activations.
- Level Ups: Shared learning experiences to boost your communication skills, cultural understanding, personal and professional growth. Level Up Experiences will run throughout the event in two all-new dedicated Level Up areas built into the Future Proof Festival Boardwalk.
