In the attachments section, you can find examples of custom packages for your exhibit space. All examples are
Flex-space designs, where we will modify and support the design to fit your exact needs. You are not required to select
from these decor packages and may order anything from WME's available inventory. WME's team can suggest and
create modular custom designs based on your contracted exhibit footprint. You will receive discounted
delivery if you mention "Future Proof Citywide". We offer custom pantone color matches for many of our
stock items, as well as for our custom creations.
Flooring may also be ordered through WME, please inquire for options.

No outside alcohol or caterers will be permitted on event grounds. All alcoholic beverages and catering must be sourced from our preferred providers.

ALL PACKAGES/ORDERS
A minimum of $300.00 is required per day with delivery and set up. 9% tax and 18% service charge added to each order.
Waiters/Attendants available upon request.

AFR Furniture Rental is the approved provider for upgraded furniture and does NOT require completing an EAC form. In the "Attachments" section, you can find suggested furniture packages for your space. You are not required to select from these packages and may order anything from AFR's available inventory. Any order placed through our portal will receive a discounted delivery fee.
In addition to furniture, you can also order other items, such as greenery, extra chairs, cabanas, cubes, plants, etc. We also offer custom pillows and branding for many of our items.
