Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
An EAC is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor. This is defined as any vendor that is not on the Future Proof Approved Vendors List.
If your EAC is a production agency/ fabricator who is creating a custom build they must complete the EAC application no later than December 23, 2024. All other EAC applications are due January 15, 2024.
Step 1
EAC APPLICATION FORM
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors are subject to a short review process. You may have the vendor fill this out or complete it on their behalf. You can expect to hear back within 48 hours of completing the application.
Step 2
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
Once your EAC Application is approved, a Future Proof representative will contact you with the next steps. This includes submitting the vendor’s certificate of insurance.

SECURE CREDENTIALS
Please refer to the EAC Passes section of this page for pricing structure and to see if you will need to purchase EAC passes or if your vendor qualifies for a complimentary wristband.

Ensure your EAC Application is approved before purchasing passes. EAC Passes are $500 each and must be purchased by Friday, March 7.
Does My EAC Need A Pass?
If your EAC needs to access the event grounds during exhibiting hours, a pass is required. Otherwise, wristbands will be provided for access during defined set up and tear down times only. See show schedule here.

When attending Future Proof Citywide in Miami Beach, the most convenient airport to fly into is Miami International Airport (MIA). It offers extensive domestic and international flights and is located just a short drive from the event venues and accommodations.

The hotels designated for Future Proof Citywide attendees are conveniently located in the South Beach area of Miami Beach, generally within a short walking distance or a quick drive from the festival venues at Lummus Park. This proximity allows for easy access to all event activities and the beachfront.
For Future Proof Citywide, plan to arrive on March 16, 2025, early enough to settle into your hotel and pick up your badge at the registration counter before attending the opening night party. This will ensure you’re fully prepared to enjoy the kickoff festivities and networking opportunities.
The final day of content will take place during the morning of Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Plan to checkout that morning… unless you’d like to extend your stay, which many attendees do!
