Sub-blocks
Cancellation Policy If you are reserving 5 or more rooms, you may set up a sub-block. Sub-block requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and you will receive a block confirmation email within 7 business days.
Important Deadlines
All sub-block requests must be submitted by January 6, 2025.
Once booking instructions have been sent and ConferenceDirect has confirmed your block of rooms, you will have until January 30, 2025 to assign names and details to rooms inside your designated block. Starting January 31, 2025, all unused rooms in your block will go back into general inventory and new rooms will be based on availability.
