Exhibitor Appointed Contractors

An EAC is an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor. This is defined as any vendor that is not on the Future Proof Approved Vendors List and who needs access to the event grounds.

If your EAC is a production agency/fabricator who is creating a custom build they must complete the EAC application no later than May 15, 2025

All other EAC applications are due July 25, 2025.

EAC APPLICATION FORM

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors are subject to a short review process. You may have the vendor fill this out or complete it on their behalf. You can expect to hear back within 48 hours of completing the application.

Once your EAC Application is approved, a Future Proof representative will contact you with the next steps.

Step 3

EAC LOGISTICS CALL

A Future Proof representative will contact you to set up a logistics call so we can align on all logistics related to accessing the show site, activation plans, and more.

Step 4

SECURE CREDENTIALS

Ensure your EAC Application is approved before purchasing passes. EAC Passes are $500 each and must be purchased by August 13, 2025.

EAC PASSES

If your EAC needs to access the event grounds during exhibiting hours, a pass is required. Otherwise, wristbands will be provided for access during defined set up and tear down times only. Refer to show schedule here.

EAC WRISTBANDS

If your EAC is accessing the event grounds outside of exhibit hours, a wristband is required. EAC wristbands are complimentary and can be registered below. EAC wristbands ONLY permit access for set up and tear down or drop offs before 9am during show days. If your vendor needs access during exhibit hours, a pass is required. Refer to show schedule here.

All EACs
All EACs must submit a valid COI (certificate of insurance) no later August 18, 2025.

Custom Structures ONLY
If your EAC is producing a custom structure, they will be required to submit an Engineer Stamped Structural Plan, Exhibit Calculations and Drawings by June 19, 2025. All custom builds must meet 2022 CBC requirements. Engineer stamps must be obtained in the state of California by a licensed engineer with a valid Huntington Beach, CA business license. F&B EACs ONLY
EACs providing food and/ or beverage are required to submit a valid Orange County Health Permit by July 28, 2025.
